A simply stunning 14K yellow Gold rectangular cased Mathey Tissot wristwatch. It features the most unusual and elegant case with a very unusual lug design. The original dial, with square sub seconds at six, is in lovely condition. This watch would be a great condition to any collection, or it would be great to wear on special occasions. It is fitted with a new reptile grained leather strap.
Dimensions = 19mm between the lugs, 30mm w/o the crown, 30mm with the crown and 37mm lug to lug.
This watch has an interesting inscription on the case back. It adds to the history and charm of the piece considerably. It was for 25 years service. The inscription reads:
